THE PROCEDURE FOR DEALING WITH CONSUMER APPEALS
If additional information, data and materials are needed for a complete, objective and timely review of an appeal, a state body, organization or officials considering the appeal shall have the right to request additional information from an applicant, as well as other state bodies, organizations and officials within their powers.
If the information does not contain a state or other secret protected by law, does not harm the rights, freedoms and legal interests of individuals and legal entities, the interests of society and the state, state bodies, organizations and officials must provide the requested information within ten days.
If necessary, a state body, organization or officials considering appeals can do it on the spot.
When an appeal is received by the bank, within this day it is forwarded to the management of the appeal department.
The appeal with the relevant management instruction is sent to an executor within 30 minutes.
The executive within 3 days reviews the appeal and provides an applicant with information.
If the appeals require additional studies, we inform you that these terms will be considered pursuant to the requirements of the Law "On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities".
