RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

 

ON APPROVAL OF THE REGULATIONS ON MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR COMMERCIAL BANKS IN THEIR RELATIONSHIPS WITH CONSUMERS OF BANKING SERVICES

In compliance with the Law of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 23, 2018, No.RP-3620 "On additional measures to increase the availability of banking services", the Board of the Central Bank has decided:

1.  To approve the Regulations on minimum requirements for commercial banks in their relationships with consumers of banking services according to the Annex.

2.  This Resolution shall come into force in three months from the date of its official publication.

The Regulations on minimum requirements for commercial banks in their relationships with consumers of banking services

The Regulations define the minimum requirements for commercial banks (hereinafter referred to as the "bank") in their relationships with consumers of banking services (hereinafter referred to as "consumers") in order to protect their rights and interests in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 23, 2018 No.PP-3620 “On additional measures to increase the availability of banking services”.
